‘Inaba shidare’

 This weeping laceleaf is similar to the better-known ‘Crimson Queen’ but is more tolerant of sun and heat. Grows faster than ‘Crimson Queen’ but with a similar shape. Can handle some morning sun even in Texas.

This ‘Inaba shidare’ is a huge specimen from Oregon. Growth in Texas would not likely exceed 5’ tall by 8’ wide at maturity.
